Victoria L. Crittenden (D.B.A., Harvard Business School) is a member of the marketing faculty at Boston College. Her research has been published in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Marketing Letters, Sloan Management Review, Business Horizons, Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Strategic Marketing, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, and Journal of Managerial Issues. Vicky is President of the Academy of Marketing Science. She is Co-Editor of the AMS Review and serves on several editorial review boards.
